Box set diamond eternity band
I Ordered a platinum diamond eternity ring to match my original wedding band (to flank my engagement ring). The setting is hard to find, a box setting in platium. The match was very close but not perfect to my wedding band. The quality of ring is beautiful, (nicer than my wedding band) very delicate and elegant. I like it so much I'm going to order another one to flank my engagement ring so I have a perfect match and wear my wedding band on my right hand.
The production took a bit longer than they said on the website, I waited 19 days instead of 10. I emailed customer service who was quick to respond and said it would ship that day and that they'd overnight it at their expense since the production took longer than expected. Received the ring just like they said, velvet box, appraisel, etc. Great customer service. |
