At Eternity Wedding Bands we guarantee that every one of our customers is 100% satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, you may exchange or return any non-engraved item within 30 days of shipment date for a full merchandise refund.
TO RETURN AN ITEM:
1. Email service@eternityweddingbands.com with the reason for return/exchange and requesting a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
2. Include the RAN in your return package.

Common Questions: How Should I Ship the Item Back To You? You can ship your item back to us via whichever carrier you prefer. Note that the customer is responsible for the package until it is signed for at our office. We therefore suggest using a reputable shipping company and insuring the item during shipment. How Long Do I Have Before I Must Ship Back the Item? Most items offer a 30 day money back guarantee. If there is an exception it is noted under the "Customer Information" tab on the product page. If you are unsure of the return policy please email the item number to service@eternityweddingbands.com and the return policy will be emailed to you. Will I Get All My Money Back? -- In What Form Do I Get My Money Back? You will receive a full merchandise refund, placed right on your credit card! Shipping costs are non-refundable, for Free Shipping deduct $8.00 from your refund (that is the ONLY cost you will inclur!). * EWB will not accept any items that have been altered or damaged in any way, whether by the consumer or due to improper packaging. We are in no way responsible for losses or damage of return shipments.
EXCHANGES Include the details of your new order in the return package. You will be asked to confirm the details via email before the order is processed. Customer is limited to 1 exchange per order. You will receive an email notification when your new order is ready.
Exchanging your Ring for a Different Finger Size?... If you need to resize your ring by ¼ or ½ finger size, we ask that you consider the following: Many times a new ring can take a few days to feel comfortable on your finger. Your fingers may actually change size throughout the day, depending on the weather and temperature, and may fit more comfortably at different times of the day. Due to these factors we recommend that you wear the ring for approximately 48 hours before determining whether or not to resize the ring.
With our experience we find that after wearing the ring for 48 hours many customers determine that they do not need to resize their ring, and this trial period saved them the shipping fees and process of exchanging the ring.
After the trial period if you determine you still need to resize the ring, we are more than happy to accommodate you. Please follow the instructions above to exchange the ring, beginning with emailing our returns department to obtain an authorization number.
WARRANTY All items come with a 90-day warranty. Provided the item shows no signs of excessive damage, we will repair the item at no charge to the customer (loose diamonds, etc). Please be assured that all our jewelry is manufactured with the highest standards of quality. Unless the item shows signs of a manufacturer's defect, the customer is responsible for shipping costs and will be charged $8.00 to ship the ring back to them.
