Is your ring almost perfect? No problem, we will make sure it is 100% perfect. Whether resizing your ring or fully exchanging it for a new style, we will work with you to make sure you are 100% satisfied.
To request an exchange email Support@EternityWeddingBands.com or submit a request online: Login to your account, select RMA then click on Request New RMA. Within 48 hours customer service will email you with approval. Once approved, login to your account and print the Return Label found under 'View Request'. Include this label in your package. Package your ring securely, include the original ring box & appraisal, and ship to:

We suggest using a reputable shipping company and insuring the package. Include the jewelry appraisal & original ring box, and securely package the ring. Do not write “Eternity Wedding Bands” on the outside of the box, instead write EWB. The customer is responsible for the package until it is received at our office.
Your return package must be postmarked within 30 days from the date we ship the item to you. Once your package is received we will begin manufacturing your new ring. You will receive an email notification when your ring is received and again when your new order ships.
If you need to resize your ring by ¼ or ½ finger size, we recommend that you wear the ring for approximately 48 hours before deciding whether or not to resize your ring. We have found that it often takes a few days for a new ring to feel natural on your hand. Additionally, many people find that their fingers actually change size throughout the day due to factors such as weather and temperature. In our experience, after wearing a ring for 48 hours many customers determine they don’t need to resize their ring, and this trial period saved them shipping fees and the hassle of exchanging the ring. After the trial period, if you determine you still need to resize the ring, we are more than happy to accommodate you. Please follow the instructions above to exchange the ring, beginning with emailing our returns department to obtain an Exchange Authorization Number (EAN).
We custom manufacture each order and work hard to keep our costs low, passing the savings on to our customers. We are therefore happy to offer one return free of charge within 30 days of the original shipment date (not including any difference in price of the item). A 2nd return will incur a 15% fee and a 3rd return and thereafter will incur a 25% fee.
